How do I train to become an Energy Assessor?

Energy Assessor qualifications are currently awarded by three organisations: the Awarding Body for the Built Environment, City and Guilds and the National Association of Estate Agents. Many providers in the public sector (usually further-education colleges), professional bodies and private organisations are offering or planning to offer training to become an Energy Assessor. Once you have trained, you will need to join an accreditation scheme in order to practise - an Energy Assessor must be accredited. For advice about how to find training, see below..
