How can I find work?

Social Housing Pilot of Energy Performance Certificates
On 22 May the Secretary of State announced that we will be inviting local authorities (LAs) and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to work with us to introduce EPCs on a voluntary basis to help provide work for energy assessors and inspectors over the next few months in advance of the implementation of HIPs and EPCs.

We are therefore making available some limited funding to support the production of EPCs on social housing stock over the next 2-3 months. This will enable lessons to be learnt on applying the energy assessment process to social housing.
