This form can be completed by a HIP provider for the marketer of a property to demonstrate that a HIP has been comissioned. This form is not mandatory and HIP providers may use their own systems and forms to give proof of comissioning to the marketer of a property.
Asset Rating Template (Excel Spreadsheet)
This spreadsheet can be used to create the asset rating graphs found in the Energy Performance Certificate. It can be opened in Microsoft Excel, or OpenOffice. This is useful for anyone marketing a property, as the particulars must include the asset rating graphs.Alternatively, you can use this online tool. Please note: this online tool was developed by Quest Associates independently of CLG, and the Department does not accept any liability for the accuracy of any graphs produced using this tool. Anyone using the tool does so at their own risk.
To create predicted asset ratings (which might not represent the final energy rating of the property on completion), you should use this spreadsheet instead.
