We set out proposals to Parliament on 22 May that we would invite Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords to work with us to introduce Energy Performance Certificates on a voluntary basis in social housing.
The tendering process with LAs and RSLs has now concluded and the approved bids are listed below.
Successful bidders will now move forward with their plans and we expect most EPCs to be undertaken over the summer.
