The DCLG makes every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for users to run an anti virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet.
The DCLG cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material off the Home Information Pack DCLG website.

The DCLG website does not capture or store personal information from site visitors, other than to log the user`s IP address to manage the display of the Flash intro. The cookie will be stored on the site visitors computer for a period of 30 days at which point it will delete itself. During the 30 day period a user returning to the site with a valid cookie will not be presented with the Flash intro. Other websites linked from this site are not covered by this privacy policy.
